PostTree LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Rádio Indoor service ("Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Operational Data: When you use the platform, we store: playlists you create, descriptions used for AI generation, recorded or generated voiceovers, configured schedules, playback history, and audio settings (volumes, presets, etc.).
Player Device Data: To ensure the radio works at your venue, we collect device identifiers, IP, user-agent, online/offline status, and last activity timestamps for devices connected to your account.
Transaction Data: We keep records of your transactions, including payment history and subscription renewals, for billing and support purposes.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session active, remember your language preference, and improve your experience on the Service.
2. Use of Data
PostTree LLC uses the collected data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service;
- Process your transactions and manage your account;
- Personalize the audio experience for your business (playlist generation, voiceovers, and scheduling);
- Notify you about changes, updates, or discontinuation of features;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;

3. Payment Processing
We use Stripe as a third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service, the highest security standard for online payments.
Important: We do not store or have access to the full details of your payment card. That information is provided directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. The use of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We retain only records of completed transactions (date, amount, status) for purchase history, support, and tax compliance.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following situations:
- With Stripe: Transaction data necessary to process payments;
- With music catalog providers: Anonymous playback identifiers may be reported to music rights holders as required by licensing agreements;

- Protection of Rights: To protect our legal rights, the safety of users, or to investigate fraud;
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.
5. Data Retention

- Active Account: Your data is retained while your account is active;
- After Account Deletion: We retain your data for 30 days to allow account recovery. After this period, all data is permanently deleted;
- Transaction Data: Records of financial transactions are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations;
- Aggregated Data: Anonymized and aggregated data (with no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.

- Access control via PIN with granular permissions for radio operators;
