PostTree LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Rádio Indoor service ("Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service.

Personal Data: When you create an account and use our Service, we collect information that may identify you, including: name, email address, and payment information processed by Stripe.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you access and use the Service, including: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of access, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

Operational Data: When you use the platform, we store: playlists you create, descriptions used for AI generation, your business's profile (type, audience, style, and hours), scripts and announcements you write, generated voiceovers, uploaded audio ads, playback history, and audio settings.

Session Data: To keep you signed in and protect your account, we record the IP address, browser, and time of access.

Transaction Data: We keep records of your transactions, including payment history and subscription renewals, for billing and support purposes.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, to keep your session active, remember your language preference and, with your consent, measure how the site is used and how our ads perform. Details are in section 5.

2. Use of Data

PostTree LLC uses the collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Service;
  • Process your transactions and manage your account;
  • Personalize the audio experience for your business (playlist generation, voiceovers, and scheduling);
  • Notify you about changes, updates, or discontinuation of features;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Monitor and analyze use of the Service for technical and product improvements;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical, security, and fraud issues;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

3. Payment Processing

We use Stripe as a third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service, the highest security standard for online payments.

Important: We do not store or have access to the full details of your payment card. That information is provided directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. The use of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We retain only records of completed transactions (date, amount, status) for purchase history, support, and tax compliance.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data for money. We share your data only in the following situations:

  • With Stripe: Transaction data necessary to process payments;
  • With AI providers: Descriptions, scripts, announcements, and your business profile information are sent solely to generate the playlists and voiceovers you request;
  • With music catalog providers: Music search terms, containing no personal data, to find tracks in the catalog;
  • With advertising and measurement partners: Cookie identifiers and browsing data on our site, as described in section 5. Some laws, such as California’s, call this “sharing” of data; you can opt out at any time;
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority;
  • Protection of Rights: To protect our legal rights, the safety of users, or to investigate fraud;
  • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential: Keep you signed in, remember your language and protect your account. They are always on, because the site does not work without them;
  • Analytics: Measure visits and page use, in aggregate, so we can improve the site;
  • Advertising: Pixels and cookies from advertising partners, used to measure our ads and show more relevant ads on other sites and apps.

In Brazil, the European Union, the United Kingdom and most countries, analytics and advertising cookies are only turned on after you accept them in the cookie notice. In the United States they are on by default and you can opt out at any time; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. A partner’s referral code (a link with ?ref=) is kept only for the visit, and for 90 days only if you accept advertising cookies.

Legal bases: We process your data to perform our contract with you (your account and the Service), to meet legal obligations (such as tax records), on the basis of legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and technical improvements) and with your consent (analytics and advertising cookies).

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations:

  • Active Account: Your data is retained while your account is active;
  • After Account Deletion: We retain your data for 30 days to allow account recovery. After this period, all data is permanently deleted;
  • Transaction Data: Records of financial transactions are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations;
  • Aggregated Data: Anonymized and aggregated data (with no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.

7. Data Security

The security of your data is our priority. We implement technical and organizational security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
  • Passwordless sign-in, using single-use codes sent by email and valid for a few minutes;
  • Secure data storage on protected servers;
  • Security monitoring and threat detection.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: View your data in your account;
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information;
  • Deletion: Request the permanent deletion of your account and data;
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured format;
  • Objection: Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances;
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Opt out of sharing for advertising: Through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer, or through your browser’s GPC signal;
  • Complaint: Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States and in other countries where our service providers (such as Stripe and AI providers) operate. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country of residence.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete that information immediately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of material changes through:

  • Email to the address registered to your account;
  • A prominent notice on our website;
  • Updating the "last updated" date at the top of this policy.

We recommend that you review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
