Rádio Indoor gives the reception and common areas of your language school, course center or driving school a pleasant sound, and an announcer for enrollment periods, class start reminders, open days and closing time. It is designed for shared spaces, not classrooms.
Reception is where a school sells itself
For language schools, course centers, driving schools and training institutes, the reception area is where prospective students arrive, parents wait and current students meet before class. The way that space feels influences the decision to enroll and the experience of those who already have.
A pleasant background sound makes the reception feel welcoming and alive, especially at quiet moments, and gives the school a voice for information that otherwise lives on a notice board.
Think of who is in the reception at each hour. In the afternoon, parents waiting for children; in the evening, adults arriving straight from work; on Saturday mornings, families coming for trial classes. Each of these groups is a potential student or a referral, and each one is in the building, ready to listen, for a few minutes.
Common problems
A silent or noisy reception with a TV no one is watching
Enrollment periods promoted only online, not to people already in the building
Class changes and room notices written on paper by the door
Open days and events that current students forget to share
Students who lose track of time in the common area
How Rádio Indoor works in a school
Describe your school in the business profile, for example a language school for teenagers and adults, or a driving school with a small waiting room, and our artificial intelligence builds pleasant playlists for reception and common areas. You can also build playlists by hand.
The announcer says your school's name, gives the time and talks about what you put in its scripts: enrollment open, class start reminders, open day, scholarships or discounts, library or study room hours. Choose a friendly, clear voice.
Instant announcements are useful for last-minute changes: type “The 7 p.m. intermediate English class is in room 4 today” and it plays right away over the music. The audio processor lowers the music so the notice is clear.
The time check is particularly useful in a school. Students in the common area hear the time between songs and know when to head to class, and the announcer's class start reminders do the rest. For institutions that offer several courses, the radio is also a simple way to cross-promote: students of one course hear about another while they wait.
Programming the school calendar
Schedule the most important campaign of the moment more often, and rotate the rest so the reception does not hear the same message all day.
Enrollment periods: scripts scheduled on each enrollment day, several times a day
Class start reminders by weekday and time, a few minutes before each block
Open days and trial classes announced the week before
Exam periods: study room hours and quiet-area reminders
Opening hours per day, including evening and Saturday classes
Only in shared spaces
Rádio Indoor is meant for reception areas, corridors, cafeterias and waiting rooms, not for classrooms during lessons. Keep the speakers in the common areas, and the volume at a level that does not reach the rooms.
For driving schools, the waiting room is often where students wait for their instructor; calling them by name with an instant announcement saves the instructor a trip back to the desk.
Several units
Schools with more than one unit can play the same radio in each reception, with the same campaigns and the same voice. Each device playing simultaneously is one location, with plans for 1, 2, 6 or 15 of them. Larger networks can contact sales@radioindoor.com.
Everything runs in the browser, on the reception computer or a tablet connected to the existing speakers, and updating a campaign takes a few minutes from any browser.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use it in classrooms?+
It is designed for reception and common areas. We recommend keeping the speakers outside classrooms.
Can the reception announce a room change?+
Yes. Type it as an instant announcement and it plays right away over the music.
Can the announcer speak another language for a language school?+
The announcer speaks the language you write the script in. Each version is written by your team; there is no automatic translation.
Can enrollment campaigns run only during the enrollment period?+
Yes. Schedule the scripts on the enrollment dates or weekdays; a dated script leaves the schedule once its day has passed.
